Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit technical and theoretical full papers conforming to the template format. All papers should be submitted electronically through EasyChair only. Original unpublished research papers, articles & working papers on the topics related to the theme are invited for presentation in the conference.
- Ensure your paper is formatted per Conference-Template-ICACTCE.docx (English only, 4 to 6 pages, double-column A4).
- All papers must be submitted online via the EasyChair Submission Portal.
- The material presented should be original and not published or under submission elsewhere.
- All submissions will be thoroughly peer-reviewed by experts based on originality, significance and clarity.
- Accepted papers will be included in the ICACTCE'21 Proceedings. Full-length articles will be published in a Conference Proceeding (Book Chapters) without any publication fee by RGN Publications.
