About the Conference

The 5th International Conference on Advances in Communication Technology and Computer Engineering (ICACTCE’26) is an international scientific event bringing together researchers, academics, engineers, and industry professionals from around the world. Building on the success of its four previous editions — whose proceedings are published in Springer’s Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS) series — ICACTCE’26 continues to serve as a premier forum for sharing cutting-edge research and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. We welcome original, unpublished contributions covering, but not limited to, the following tracks:

Submission Guidelines

All submitted papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

Formatting Requirements

Papers must be formatted according to the Springer Nature template. Submissions not complying with the formatting guidelines will be desk-rejected without review. Please download the appropriate template below:

Paper Length 8 PAGES MAX

Maximum 8 pages including references and figures.

Submission Requirements ENGLISH ONLY SIMILARITY < 20%

Papers must be written in English.

The paper prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism from licensed plagiarism softwares like Turnitin/iAuthenticate, etc… The similarity content should not exceed 20%.

Prospective authors should send their manuscripts electronically through the Microsoft CMT submission service.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Review Process

Each submission undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.

Double-blind peer review

Authors must anonymize their submissions.

Minimum 3 reviewers

Every paper is evaluated by at least three independent reviewers.

Acceptance rate

Approximately 35% across previous editions.

Notification

Authors are notified by the notification deadline.
